What does your company do?

aOur core business is providing Managed IT Support to Small and Medium sized businesses in the HealthCare, Legal, Beverage and Fabrication industries.  We are specialized in navigating the compliance requirements in these entities and delivering the level of support they expect while understanding the hardware and software platforms they utilize to keep their business functioning.

How much do your services cost?

aWe price our services according to your business size and needs.  Rather than force you into buying a preset package or services we would like custom tailor a solution that is more in-line with your budget while still delivering the support, cybersecurity protection & network management that you need.  Typically we are a $100-$200 per seat MSP.

How long does it take to onboard a new client?

aOnce we've determined our involvement in your business needs, we can onboard you within a week.  If you have multiple locations or have users spread out domestically or globally, we will create a project timeline to onboard in phases.

What brands of hardware and software do you work with?

aWe can procure from any brand that you prefer but we tend to lean towards Fortigate, HPE Aruba, Cisco & Meraki, Ubiquiti for networks. Dell for servers and desktops, Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace for email and productivity, and we have no limits for software platforms.  We can work with electronic medical records systems, DICOM integration for medical imaging, CAD applications, Graphics intensive platforms, data warehousing or even AWS or Tableau based analytics. 

Where are your offices?

aWe started out in Denton Texas and then moved our operation to Plano Texas.  During COVID we went office free so we operate from the general Dallas area but also have consultant offices in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Istanbul.
